Question: I only have the refill package of 8x laundry detergent. how much (1/4 cup? 1 tbl? etc?) do i put in a regular load of laundry?
Answer: Short of running to Target and purchasing the smallest container to refill.. I only use two (2)squirts per load...which equals about 1/2 teaspoon. -
Question: About how much (in tsp/tbsp) does it pump in one pump? We have the refill an no bottle and have no luck finding free and clear ones.
Answer: It calls for 4 pumps for a regular load and that equals 1 tablespoon per load. It's good stuff. I really like it and 1T does it for most loads in my Miele washer. Hope this helps. -
Question: How well does this work for the rest of you in regards to stains? I really want this detergent to work out, but after one load, I am disappointed.
Answer: You'll need to treat the stain with an additional product but I find that's the case with most detergents. -
Question: Can this product be used in High Efficiency washing machines?
Answer: High efficiency detergents were created for high efficiency washers. More concentrated and designed to clean with lower water volumes. This detergent is perfect for HE washing machines. -
Question: I don't have a front-loading high-efficiency washing machine, will this detergent still work well in my washer?
Answer: Yes! I have an older top-loader and it works fine. I pump the detergent right into the laundry as the water is running. I usually only need 3-4 pumps for regular loads and one for washing cloth diapers. -
Question: I think the math is wrong on the cost per load. You have 0.14/load, however 14.38/50 loads = .2876/load?

Question: Is this safe for HE machines?
Answer: That's why I started using it. Because it was ok for HE machines. When I moved I wound up with a conventional top loader. Still does the same great job. -
Question: I notice it has less foam than usual detergent?
Answer: Yes, it's an HD detergent, so it can be used in a front loader. Low sudsing, but cleans great. -
Question: What’s the difference between free and clear and fresh air?
Answer: fresh air has added fragrance, while free + clear is fragrance free.
