    Only been one week
    It's only been one week of taking this product. My doctor thinks it's a wasted of time and money. So far, I feel okay, yet too soon to know any change in my liver and sugar level. Need to update in an few weeks from now.

    Good digestive aid
    Maintaining good liver function is critical as we age and so my doctor recommended I take milk thistle--this product seemed to cover everything necessary and I know this brand of vitamins is very often touted. I've had no adverse reactions to the product, so I'm fairly certain it's supplying the nutrients I need.
