Question: Can the dispenser pack not sit in the therm caddy? Do I actually have to remove 1 cover from the pack and place 1 at a time in the applicator hole?
Answer: Thank you for your question. There is no spot for the dispenser pack in the caddy. You have to take one cover out one at a time and place it over the storage case hole.
