    • Question: Has anyone used this on apartment windows when a hose is not an option?

      Answer: It works well with hose , I have my doubts about getting all the suds off without a hose.
    • Question: What is the width of the wand? We have fairly narrow six over six window panes. Thanks.

      Answer: The dimensions of the head of the wand are approximately 7.75” x 3.75”.
    • Question: Can you use a swifter mop for these pads?

      Answer: No, they would be too small for a Swifter mop.
    • Question: I want to clean my second floor windows with this. Does anyone know if the threads on the handle are the same as on a paint roller entension handle?

      Answer: Yes there is a standard Acme thread in the handle, any broom handle or painters pole will work, You are good to go!
    • Question: Does this attach to a garden hose?

      Answer: No. There is a pole with a flat "pad holder" at one end in the "starter" pack. The Windex pad attaches to pole, pad is dampened, window is hosed down. Then pad rubbed all over window distributing sudsy foam all over window. Then hose suds off and water sheets down and leaves clean windows. No streaking!
    • Question: Do you have to buy a cleaning spray bottle or liquid with this or can you use windex?

      Answer: The windex is in the pad and you will you need a garden hose. Wet the window AND the pad ( The pad attaches onto the stick with velcro ) You will see "suds" on the window wash all of the window and then spray with hose to rinse . The pad is good for a few windows .

      Answer: If you are measuring from the ground, the handle is long enough to reach more than 11 feet.

      Answer: It only comes with one pad 😢
