      Answer: Gaia Echinacea Supreme Liquid Phyto-Capsules are unique in that they contain concentrated liquid extracts inside the capsules. Due to the concentration of the extracts, they are dark in color and can appear black.
    • Question: is this product sugar free?

      Answer: The main ingredients on the box are Organic Echinacea and Alkilamides. Other ingredients are: Vegetable glycerine, water and vegan capsule (hypromellose). No sugar indication.
    • Question: is this product sugar free?

      Answer: There is no form of sugar listed in the ingredients, so I would say it is sugar free. Ask the manufacturer to be sure. They will answer questions if you call them.
    • Question: what is a difference between standard and frustration free package?

      Answer: Easier to open. Unlike some childproof caps that are difficult to open.
    • Question: How many mg of echinacea is this per capsule?

      Answer: 350 mg. PS The only echinacea that has ever worked for me--as long as I take it as soon as I feel a cold coming on and then two capsules every three hours.
    • Question: Is this the same thing as the liquid echinacea supreme, just in capsules? or what is the difference between the two? and what's better?

      Answer: I'm not sure-but I think that the liquid has alcohol in it and the capsules don't. I used the liquid but I prefer capsules because they're easier to take with me to work and I take them together with my other meds/supplements, and because the alcohol didn't agree with my stomach.

    The only thing that will get rid of sinus infections!
    This is my go-to when I have a sinus infection. I take 2 capsules 4 to 5 times a day until I'm well. Usually takes only a few days. (I also breathe steam with organic apple cider vinegar and I take extra vitamin C)

    Never go without
    There is never a day this isn’t in my arsenal of immune support. We take it at the first sign of feeling off and it often times abates all symptoms.

    Most effective
    When getting sick I always start taking echinacea. The Gaia brand is the most effective brand I’ve used. Also works well in dealing with allergies.

    This product, when used as directed, knocks out my symptoms. It’s not cheap. But then neither is getting sick.
