    Better than many others
    This new formula is not as good as the prior 4-way with HC, but they are still better than most over-the-counter brands. However, these new style individual packets are impossible to open without a great deal of difficulty (I use an Exacto knife). For both of those reasons, I am knocking my rating down from 5 stars to 3 stars. Sincerely hope they bring back the old formula and old style foil packets.
