Question: Do these actually get hot? Or is it like the icy hot patches where the medicine in them makes it feel hot?
Answer: These actually do get hot. It says that you need to apply to the outside of your cloths. I apply it directly to my hip. I love this product and order it repeatedly. -
Question: Is there any menthol smell?
Answer: No smell at all. -
Question: do these contain latex?
Answer: Dear Nancy, I don't know, and the package lists only "iron, activated carbon, and water." HOWEVER, you stick them to your clothing, never your skin, as the instructions say. They may contain latex, but the only time they touch your skin is when you stick them on. If you're extremely allergic to latex, I guess you could use rubber gloves to put them on. In contrast to the previous answer, I have found Cura-Heat to be EXTREMELY helpful in relieving lower back/shoulder pain. They stay warm for at least 15 hours and relax tight muscles/tendons amazingly well for me. I hope this helps. Susan -
Question: The ones I ordered in 2020 say “up to 20 hours of powerful pain relief”. They now say up to 12 hours. What changed?

That is, pain relief continues for an additional 8 hours after the patch is removed. Answer: Doesn't exactly have an active ingredient - it's a thermal reaction that happens inside that warms the bag without exposing you to the contents- no ingestion, no contact with skin... -

Answer: my order came as one box and some additional loose packets to make the count as promised. -
Question: Can i use these on my feet?
Answer: Hello... Maybe if you adjust on your feet really good....probably will work, but my family and I we use on back most all the time. Hope I helped you. Thank you
