Question: When mixed is it thick?
Answer: It can be as thick or thin as you want it by adjusting the water volume. 8 oz water and it's thick 16 oz and it's thin. Endurox is THE stuff for recovery, IMHO -
Question: Is this product dairy free and lactose free?
Answer: The source of protein used in ENDUROX R4 is all natural whey protein from milk and this protein source does carry a residual amount of lactose in the finished product. The maximum lactose content is <2%, which may not be of concern to the vast majority of individuals who are lactose intolerant. However, if there is concern due to allergy or lactose intolerance we recommend consulting your physician. -
Question: Can i mix this into a smoothie?
Answer: Yes. I don't know much about smoothies so just remember this is flavored. -
Question: does it contain maltodextrin?
Answer: Yes. A serving (2 scoops usually with 12-16 oz water) contains several sugars totaling 39 g: dextrose, maltodextrin, fructose, and sucrose. It is great for recovery after an hour or more of exercise. I have used it after long hikes and long runs to great benefit. -
Question: Why are there 2 orange flavors? Which one is better orange 968, or tangy orange?

Answer: Endurox R4 has 270 calories per serving with our patented 4:1 ratio of Carbs (52g) to Protein (13g), the ideal ratio for muscle recovery. -
Question: Does this come with a scooper? If not, how much powder do you put in a 16 oz water bottle?

Question: How many ounces are in a scoop? Mine didn't include a scoop so I don't know how much to mix.

Question: Isnt 39 g of sugar too much for a woman
Answer: Gender doesn’t really factor in here. This is a recovery drink for after massive workouts that deplete your muscles of glycogen. Having a hearty dose of sugar along with the other ingredients helps to replenish what was lost and decrease muscle soreness for the next workout. This product will assist of you are pushing yourself hard. The product in the absence of a vigorous training program will not assist with any goals - it requires training. Having said that, I personally only used a half serving. It works and it’s delicious.
