Berberine Complex contains the following ingredients barberry, Oregon grape, and goldenseal to help maintain a healthy intestinal tract. Both of the Berberine products are great and not necessarily better then the other. We recommend patients consult with their health care provide to determine which Berberine supplement is best for them. -
