Question: Does this contain green tea? I read this in one of the reviews.
Answer: The green tea extract listed in the ingredients, is in an extremely small amount with no quantified caffeine amount. This is used to protect the integrity of the fish oil. -

Question: How do you take this product? Can you mix it with mil or water for kids?
Answer: This is a product that is great tasting by itself. However, you can mix it with anything you would like. I'm not sure that milk would be a great idea though. I have tried that myself and it wasn't too great. I would definitely recommend trying anything you mix it with first before giving it to your kids. The last thing you want to do with kids is give them something they don't think taste good because then they're never going to want to try it ever again. I learned that the hard way.
