I hate pills mostly bc of the taste and smell of the pills and their bottles. But this one is okay thank goodness. And sometimes they’re difficult to swallow. The size of the capsule is big but if it’s the only suppliment you’re taking you should be fine. I didn’t pay too much attention to the ingredients and I don’t know much about value and price so I can’t give an honest rating. But for me personally as someone who lives in the states and the cheapest state in the nation during the inflation and the pandemic and all that in 2023 and lives on SSI monthly government benefits and relies on pantries and such for food (which btw I have crippling anxiety and severe ocd and have psychic abilities which makes it extra difficult and I suspect I’ve developed agoraphobia which it’s difficult enough during the turbulent times for our country and the state of the world) the price was kind of high for me personally. I have limited resources and don’t have access to psyche meds atm. But it works great. I noticed the affects the first day and it was a life saver. So great quality product.

This has helped me so much with my anxiety and feelings of stress without any weird side effects. I recommend it to everyone I know. I have had two people that had adverse reactions, but for the most part it has helped most people I know.
