The only negative was that it kept slipping off of my foot. Wearing socks helped a bit, as long as they were tight enough. With that said, this product worked just like I needed it to and relieved the pain within just a few days of use.

I wish I had discovered Pedifix products twenty years ago. When I use these, I can wear "regular" shoes without pain. These cushions are thin (2 mm) and can be work in any shoe, with any orthotic or other cushioning system. The elastic slides around a little bit, but it has never been uncomfortable, and the gel pad stays in the area that needs to be cushioned. The PediFix Pedi-gel Ball-of-foot pads that adhere to the bottom of the foot have also worked well. I've tried dozens of other metatarsal and ball-of-foot cushions and these are the only two that have worked for my situation, which includes failed foot surgery, nerve damage, and lack of natural forefoot cushioning due to many steriod injections.

These pads made my foot much more confortable, especially while I was waiting for surgery to be scheduled. I still wear it occasionally if I get a flare up of pain.

It will do the job but starts to stretch and falls off my foot. In fact, I haven't seen it for awhile and don't even know where I left it. The material is too filmsy. Needs to be more durable to work. Great idea but needs some tuning up.
