    These do the job tl keep me regularl while I'm on a stricked keto diet and am not getting enough fiber 😬☺ The nutritional value online is a little different then shown on the bottle and serving is a little more also . However I take 2 and it's fine .

    Everything you need; nothing you don't
    I've tried most OTC fiber supplements. Integrative Therapeutics Fiber Formula has been the most reliable, fast acting, and palatable (medium-sized vegetable capsules) of the bunch. This brand offers many supplements and dietary aids - I now have traded all my other brands for these except one.* * follow my recommendations to see which one.

    Taking these daily at bedtime. Not stomach upset and every thing works great. My favorite fiber.
