Question: what is the taste of the tastefully nude variety?
Answer: Hi Allan, great question! The Tastefully Nude flavor is a "plain" flavor of gel. So it has very little flavor at all. If I were to describe it, I would say it is a lighter tasting version of the Vanilla Gel. Hope this helps! Thanks, Brian - GU Energy Lab -
Question: Do you have take these with water? What happens if you don't?
Answer: It all depends on your body. You don't HAVE to take them with water, but some people like to. You open up the packet and it is basically like a heavy paste you squeeze into your mouth. It is thicker than syrup. I love them. I love the taste of all of them. -

Answer: Hi! Great question, for the GU Energy Gels the main difference between them is flavor and caffeine levels which both come down to personal preference. The other differences are pretty small.
