    bulky but the gel is great
    The gel is great, but the whole item takes up too much room in my boot. Had to take the boot insole, cut away the gel shape, cut the upper portion of the strap away and let the gel protrude though the insole. Got me up Mount Kilimanjaro, thanks.

    Dimishes foot pain
    After complaining of having severe pain on the ball of my left foot, my podiatrist suggested getting these Visco-Gel Universal Metatarsal Strap. I wear them about 8 hours /day and the pain is so much less! If I skip a day, I do feel it retuning, but these have helped so much. If you are having foot pain, ask your doctor if something like these would help....

    Like this but the small is still too big for my foot. Does help a lot with foot pain. I'd purchase again.
