    Survived a hike with no bites
    We purchased this bottle of insect repellent for our recent Kauai trip. I was glad to have this already in the car when we went on a hike to a waterfall. There were plenty of bugs flying about in the parking lot, but we didn't get bit! I was thrilled because bugs usually love to bite me, even through my medium weight active leggings. Spray bottle was easy to use, though the oils in the repellent smeared the expiration date stamped on the bottle. Note: need to write the expiration on the bottom of bottle and tape over it. I would prefer if this repellent could be available in 100ml or 3 oz for TSA requirements. I checked luggage this time so it was not an issue to bring around. Since this worked so well, I will probably repurchase when I run out, or lose the bottle (probably by giving it away to someone in need).     Works like magic
    I purchased other brands and this one is great! zero bites! With other brands I had tons of bites in the jungle of PV. We are so happy with this. It wasn't too sticky or smelly. It lasted the 6 hours we needed.

    LEAKED during shipping
    I bought this to go on a trip. But when I got it it leaked during shipping (UPS). Not a whole lot but enough to get all over the outside of the bottle and my hands) - still plenty left but the point is I don't want it leaking in my luggage either. I'm going to keep it for home and I bought the aerosol kind to take with me. At least that has a top that locks!

    Great product
    Here in Florida the mosquitoes are terrible and this product really helped me a lot not get bit. After 7 hours I do have to apply more but I really recommend using this.

    If you need ultimate protection
    I'm susceptible to bites and was told that 100% deet works best. It's the best thing that I've used. From what I've read, it's not the healthiest alternative, so use only when needed
