Answer: It's very hard to tell. The ingredients list is specifically non-specific: active ingredients: vitamin B12, 2500 mcg (as cyanocobalamin); inactive ingredients: mannitol, microcrystaline cellulose, povidone k30, citric acid, cranberry extract (for color), stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, cherry flavor, sucralose. Question: These don't dissolve easily for me at all. If they aren't dissolving well before they are swallowed are they really going to work?
Answer: Apparently they do. My doctor told me to stop taking them every day because my blood levels of B12 were too high. Now it's every other day. Dissolve, chew or swallow, doesn't seem to make any difference. The taste is nice.
