Answer: I don't currently have a bottle in my possession, but have reordered it. I believe it is soy free. The ingredients can be viewed on the internet, which I did. No mention of soy in the ingredients. -
Question: Where is this made?
Answer: It states on the bottle, "Manufactured in a GMP Registered Facility in the USA." I know of two doctors, both focused on wholistic health, that consider this a quality product. -

Answer: I prefee to cycle supplements. I would take a break after finishing it for at least 3 weeks before starting it again. -

Answer: I take this supplement in the morning. I find that it has no effect on my alertness. Due to this, taking this before bedtime should have no effect. It is good that you are now willing to maximize the functions of your adrenal glands. Most people tend to ignore this vital part of our overall health. -

Answer: I am out of them so cannot measure. They are not so big that I choke on them. But they are not tiny.
