Clary Sage is a biennial or perennial herb that grows up to six feet in height. Clary Sage is known for its calming properties and benefits to the skin. The main chemical component of Clary Sage is linalyl acetate, part of the esters group, making it one of the most relaxing, soothing, and balancing essential oils. In the Middle Ages, the Clary Sage plant was frequently used to soothe skin. Inhaling Clary Sage promotes feelings of relaxation, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. During your menstrual cycle, rub three to five drops on the abdomen for a soothing massage. Combine with Roman Chamomile and add to bath water for a stress-relieving bath. Diffuse or apply to pillow at night for a restful sleep. Add to shampoo or hair conditioner to promote healthy hair and scalp. Combine with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to massage, soothe, or rejuvenate skin. |

Answer: Yes there are expiration dates on the bottom of the bottles. I bought my oils this year. The expiration dates are 2020 for Lavender. The Clary Sage has 2019 for one bottle and 2020 for my second bottle. The Frankincense has 2019 for one bottle and 2020 for my second bottle. Ginger has 2020.Lemon has 2020.Melaleuca has 2020. Oregano has 2020. Peppermint has 2020. Wild Orange has 2020.Ylang Ylang has 2020. -
Question: Does clary sage help hair growth?
Answer: My hair is very dry and I use mix of oils lavender, rosemary and clary sag -

Answer: It is more of a calming oil. If you are looking for memory boosting, I would go with Rosemary and Peppermint essential oils. Make sure they are therapeutic grade. -

I looked at the map of where doTERRA oils are sourced. It looks like our Clary Sage comes from the United States, in the western portion. It did not show me from which state exactly.
