Product Description
Overview |
GU electrolyte brew tablets are simple, light tasting and natural. They are invariably better than water alone and bring your system into balance more quickly by helping you retain more of the liquid you ingest. One tab only contains 10 calories for an ultra-light hydration drink formulated to help achieve electrolyte balance. An optimal blend of sodium and potassium provide the electrolytes to offer consistent hydration during activity. Stevia, a plant-derived sweetener, is the primary sweetening agent in electrolyte brew tablets instead of acesulfame potassium, a commonly used artificial sweetener. GU brew electrolyte tablets are the natural option to achieving proper hydration. Drop. Fizz. Drink. Drop one tablet in a 16oz serving of water, wait for the fizz and enjoy hydration bliss. GU electrolyte brew tablets should be used for hydration during and between activities. A proper hydration regimen includes supplementing water with electrolytes during activity, but it is not limited only to periods of actual training and racing. Optimal hydration takes place in the days and weeks before an event or after a hard workout. Use GU electrolyte brew tablets whenever, wherever, and you'll see a boost in preparation, sustenance, as well as recovery. Each serving of GU electrolyte brew tablets contains 320mg of sodium and 55mg of potassium. |
