    Good 400IU's of Vitamin E from Puritan's Pride
    I take these cause I like that they are 400IU and are d-Alpha Tocopheryl type. Better for you and absorbs better. I take one a day, just to stay healthy. Little larger than I would have liked it to be, but again they are the 400IU size. I like cause they are Non-GMO and from a GMP manufacturing plant.

    They are what I wanted!
    It is hard to find natural vitamin e with nothing else added, and be economical. These fit the bill!!
