    Someone into supplements suggests that I take these
    I'm no expert in taking supplements but I do take roughly eight different supplements (that have varied over time) in trying to stay healthy. I base my supplement choices on the recommendations of an expert that I know. These Puritan's Pride E with selenium softgel capsules are one of his recommendations. I assume that they do what they're supposed to do because I'm a senior who is doing well.
