    Puritan's has good prices
It's pretty high potency, higher than the usual 400 IU. So fair warning for those who don't like swallowing pills (I'm one of those)... It's HUGE compared to other vit. E caps I've used in the past! It's 3/4 of an inch long & pretty big around.

Be careful. Probably too much Vitamin E for average adult
Be careful taking this! I do like that this doesn’t contain synthetic form vitamin E, but I realized after purchase that the amount of vitamin E is too much. The max daily recommended intake of vitamin E for average adults is 540mg (800 IU), and this contains 670mg (1000 IU). Although this amount will likely not kill you, vitamin E toxicity is a thing and is detrimental to your health - causes blood thinning, bleeding, increased risk of stroke and cause of death, among other things. And most people consume Vitamin E through daily food intake (see below). Also vitamin E isn’t released as easily through the urine, and stays in your system for weeks to months. Many pharma companies simply put too much in their supplements nowadays, and since vitamins are not regulated, it is good to be cautious and always check. I personally choose not to take this anymore. Some food Vitamin E sources: Oils: soybean oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, wheat germ oil, corn oil. Nuts and seeds: sunflower seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, peanut butter, peanuts. Fruits: kiwis, mangoes, tomatoes Vegetables: spinach, broccoli
