    Good for my needs
    This works! If you have a disability or if you’re a mobile hairdresser you’ll find this so useful. Only issue is that the person getting hair washed must hold onto the straps in order to pull it and keep their neck from getting wet. Some people may find this an issue.

    When I tried this on a petite wheelchair user it did not sit well. No fuss about returning the product.

    Not great for the elderly
    Bought this for my 92 year old mother. For her it was difficult to put her head back and being short not a great angle for the water to drain. The neck part doesn’t fit very well so need to put a towel under it which gets very wet where there is no seal. I imagine it would be easier with a younger more able person although would they need this? We manage with it and it works, we just get prepared to get a bit wet.
