Question: How big are these pills? I have a hard time swallowing pills. Also are they powder inside of a capsule?
Answer: They are on the smaller side of capsules. Not bad to swallow. They are double walled. A capsule inside of a capsule so that they digest in your small intestine instead of stomach. I guess they do have powder inside the inter capsule. -

Question: What makes this product superior to the highly rated less expensive Nature's Bounty probiotic?
Answer: I dont know anything about Natures Bounty. I have tried a lot of different ones on myself and my husband who has a very delicate stomach and it settles his stomach down within a couple days. When he goes off it, his stomach goes off track.
