Question: why is it so hard to find the ingredients of their products ?
Answer: I looked too. Not even on their site. But, I read the ingredients at a store that sells it and the first ingredient is soy (which is laden with Monsanto pesticide and GMO). It made me sad because this stuff at health bar franchises is delicious. But we won't be going anymore and will be spreading the word to help others. -
Question: if im mixing the protein with the formula 1 shakes.... what is the big difference between the personal protein powder and the protein drink mix??
Answer: They are similar the protein drink mix gets you 15 grams of protein the other canister the personal protein powder is extra protein which adds 5g more protein to the shak -
Question: is it mixed with any other product or just by itself
Answer: It is intended to be used together with Herbalife Formula 1. I use two scoops of the Formula 1 drink mix (I use Dutch Chocolate), and 1 scoop of the PDM (this product). You can add other things to it also, like peanuts, peanut butter powder (PB2), extracts (think mint, or extra vanilla, etc.). You might be able to find recipes online. Just watch what you add - like puddings etc., because everything adds extra calories - except the extracts or black coffee. -
Question: How many servings are there in a canister? Tx.
Answer: The 616gm canister says 22 servings, the bigger 840 gm canister says 30 servings. I checked the website for Herbalife. -

Question: Do this protein go good with the pumpkin spice shake mix
Answer: Possibly. I stopped drinking Herbalife because without it you gain the weight back and it was just way too much protein for me to the point I started gagging at the thought of some meat I used to love. I do Vanilla Shakeology instead.
