Answer: I almost returned it because I was unable to open it. As a last resort, I used pliers to pull the tab and it worked. -

Question: What is the highest weight a person can be to use this bath?

Question: where is this made?
Answer: i gave it a s gift and i don't recall the place it was made. but it works great! you just need a kind of pump made for inflatable rafts and balls, prefferably a foot powered pump, a "pedal" pump. -
Question: Is there a cover of some sort to keep pertain person warm for long soaking?
Answer: I warm the room with a space heater before we start the bath. I also put two body pillows under the head of the tub to increase the incline. She stays warm during the bath but once I start draining it I give her a towel to wrap around her shoulders. As the tub drains more I just give her another towel to drape across her body and legs.. The incline helps with the drainage but also allows the water to pool more at the drain end so the towels don't get wet. -
Question: How long is the hose?
Answer: 2'6" long (including the shower nozzle) The EZ basin drain hose is 3'3" long. The two compliment each other well. -
Question: Can the bath handle 270 pound person?

Question: Does the pump it work in 220 volts?
Answer: Hello, Unfortunately this system's vacuum pump that's included can only use 110/120v as a power source. If you're using a 220/240v power source we recommend using an inverter to safely use the pump. Thanks, The EZ-ACCESS Team
