Question: Can this be used for microwaving coffee? I need a coffee mug like this style cup for my mother who suffered a stroke. Any product recommendations?
Answer: This is a very fragile plastic cup. we use it to serve coffee to my dad and even if it was prepared outside the cup (not microwaved) the plastic do not stand much heat. Honestly I do not like this product, and we throw it away after several weeks after use because it start to crack and it is hard to clean. Ok for cold beverages though. -
Question: Can this plastic mug be placed in freezer ? Any product recommendations for similar cup that can handle freezing water for hot climate?

Question: My caregiver accidentally threw away the lid. How can I buy the lid separately?
Answer: Pity I threw away my lid because the cup cracked. I didn't put it in the dishwasher and was very careful with it. I don't know how it could crack but it did. Sorry, to tell you that there's not much use in looking for a lid because the cup probably won't last very long. -

Answer: Unfortunately it is not microwavable....It is dishwasher proof however -

Answer: It might be spill proof for a short while. Ours cracked within a week or two. I don’t know how it happened. I was careful not to put it in the dishwasher and it was not dropped. Poor choic
