    • USE: An inexpensive alternative to steel bottle holders, the NYOrtho Wheelchair Oxygen Cylinder Holder helps patients who need oxygen on the go by storing the tank safely and conveniently.
    • COMPOSITION: Made of waterproof nylon, easy to clean. Secures with easy to adjust quick release buckles. Fits E size (M24) cylinders. Available in standard and bariatric sizes to accommodate a variety of wheelchair sizes.
    • SAFETY: Adjustable straps position the tank off-center to avoid the patient's head or back.
    • APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Place the oxygen tank in the sleeve. With the cylinder facing away from the backrest, hang the upper straps on the push handles and secure the lower straps to the wheelchair frame. Tighten the straps as desired and loosen the strap on one side to position the tank off center.
    • MACHINE WASHABLE: Clean with a mild detergent. OSHA-approved intermediate level disinfectants may be used. DO NOT use phenol and benzyl disinfectants. Rinse after cleaning to remove residual chemicals. Dry before use.

      Answer: Yes, the straps are adjustable for a customizable fit on each wheelchair.

    • Question: Can you use this on a mobility scooter?

      Answer: Not sure as the Mobility scooter models are quite different from a 4 wheeled chair. However, the holder can be mounted on the rear of a Quickie top end power chair or similar as shown in the picture with the item in the same way as it is installed on a push wheelchair.
    • Question: Will this work for an extra large wheelchair?

      Answer: The holder is mounted on a push wheelchair and can be mounted on an electric power chair as well. The key is the handlebars, so depending on the distance between the two handlebars and if it is not much more than 24 inches, the upper straps will reach. On a power chair, the bottom can be attached to the two power chair tiedown loops.
    • Question: Will it work with a rollator walker?

      Answer: It may work as long as the holder can attach to the legs of the walker and the tank fits in the front of the walker. Look at the picture to see how it is attached.
    • Question: Can this holder be used to store crutches?

      Answer: The oxygen cylinder holder is about 27 inches long and comes almost to the top, leaving 24-25 inches of holder for crutches. The crutches may fit top-heavy in the holder. The holder is about 4 inches in diameter when held in a circular shape.
    • Question: Does it work for a transporter chair?

      Answer: Yes, it can work on a transporter chair. It is better than pulling the O2 behind.

    This is a revised review on wheel chair
    We had such a hard time getting the foit rests correct. They dragged on the wheels making it impossible to function. This is after endless manipulation and positions with them. A nightmare. Well after weeks of attempting to use the chair and ready to throw it away some wonderful stranger saw the problem and fixed it. Let me tell you it's a game changer and now works perfectly and easily. It's lightweight. And fits nicely into the trunk of my mid size sedan car. If you read my previous very frustrating past review disregard it. The chair is actually pretty great. Get thr cushions for it too it helps with comfort
