      Answer: Yes, they are dated. The dates are on the bottom of the box. The expiration dates are usually pretty long. The closest date I’ve seen in the past year is September 2024. Hope that helps!

    Lovely
    I had a 2° tear and used these along with Epsom salt for sitz baths. It's calming and relieving. I would boil water, let these steep until the water is warm or cool then add hot water to make a warm sitz bath, then soak for 15-20 minutes.
