Question: What is the folded dimensions ?
Answer: Width - 4 1/4 inches, length - 12 1/2 inches. It fits in a larger purse, I'm not referring to the super-sized purses just a medium-large purse. -
Question: Is the handle made from soft material? The o e i have now is hard and is uncomfortable to hold
Answer: It's not super soft, but it's definitely better than just a solid, hard handle. I used to use wooden canes, but found the handles to be too hard. This is better. -
Question: Can these canes be cut down to 30 inches? I am barely five feet tall!
Answer: No, they cannot be cut. The height does adjust from 33" to 37". -
Question: What part of this cane contains Latex?
Answer: I don't have an answer, but I do have a severe latex allergy and think this is a great question to clarify which parts actually contain latex!!! -
Question: How can I order more of the rubber tips for the bottom of the cane? The canes I ordered were the purple and the pink and I want to get more tips.
Answer: well try to writ the manufacturer ..... or just use a standard size grey replacement tip you can buy from stores... .... grey goes with about everything -

Answer: I think that it is made of rubber. -
Question: What is exact weight of this cane?
Answer: it is very lightweight! I would say not even 2 lbs. I replaced the purple tip with a rubber quad tip and it makes it weigh more, but it is still not as heavy and cumbersome as the other canes i have! And it is supportive, I weigh over the limit and it supports me just fine. -
