    • Question: How does it work ?

      Answer: They work great. These truly work with quad canes that are a half inch. They have stayed on since I received them. A little bit of "elbow grease" is necessary to put them on, but this 67 year old successfully did it.
    • Question: Do the tips have steel within?

      Answer: Yes they had the metal washer in the bottom but the rubber seemed to crack around it all the time and made the tips worthless . Not recommended by me . Replaced tips every 12 days or so .
    • Question: How do you measure the cane in order to get the right size rubber tip?

      Answer: Measure the inside Of the tip you want to replace or the diameter of the item you want it for. 3/4”, 1”, 1 1/2”. Etc
    • Question: how many pieces you send for this price?

      Answer: You get 4 pieces, in this package. Be very careful about the size.
    • Question: Description and photo show 4 tips. Comments state received only 2. Are there 4 or 2 in the set? I need 4.

      Answer: Well I received 4 in the package. But I wouldn't recommend buying them. In 5 weeks 2 out of the 4 are worn out already. Just going to and from the car 3 times a week and grocery shopping 2 times a week they wore down. They are really soft rubber. Pavement chews them up fast. I ended up going to a medical equipment supply company in the are and have had those on for 8 weeks and no wearing down. They look new
    • Question: How wide is the bottom outside portion?

      Answer: 1 3/8" or 3 cm.
    • Question: Width of the rubber tips on the cane, there are 4 small feet, measures 1" (one tip is missing) Is width of tip on where I shoud be measuring?

      Answer: Yes, put your ruler at the bottom of the tip and measure the distance of the opening
    • Question: What are the actual dimensions for this? The 5/8 inch

      Answer: the ID (Inside Diameter) is 5/8 inch
    • Question: Are these the right size tips for hugo adjustable quad cane small base?

      Answer: YOU HAVE TO MEASURE YOUR CANS LEG TIPS WITH A RULER TO FIND OUT THEIR SIZE. THEN PURCHASE THE CANE TIPS ACCORDING TO YOUR MEASUREMENT YOU HAVE. HOPE THIS ANSWERS YOUR QUESTION.
    • Question: If you are going to use the cane in your left hand does the 1/2 " of the base go next to your left leg?

      Answer: It depends on the cane. This listing is for cane tips, not canes. A quad cane should have the larger part of the base facing away from your ankle, while a single-tip cane leaves little choice. The 1/2" is the inside diameter of the tip.

    exact replacement needed
    This is exactly what we needed. So far, and we have been on a couple of trips since we got them, they have been quite durable and worth the money.

    Works as stated, use on quad cane
    Arrived timely, product in good shape, matches what is posted. Use on my quad cane fit great. Would recommend

    Size not clear
    I have been trying to get a replacement tip for a cane. It’s frustrating because manufacturers do not indicate whether the diameter is inside or outside measurement. So heads up to manufacturers. To save your customers time and frustration please indicate whether it’s half inch OD or ID. This is the third time I have ordered replacement tips that do not fit.

    Great replacement feet for Moms cane!
    This old cane had deteriorated white feet with a quad base. Old ones were white but ordered 1/2in black ones. They came with qty of 4 and fit great, nice and snug with a sturdy grip. Cane is old, but ....with new feet works great!
