Question: How many days does the 2 oz bottle last, if taking the recommended 2 servings (60 drops) per night?
Answer: I'm not sure. Maybe three weeks-a month -
Question: Are these gluten and lactose free?
Answer: Yes. -
Question: Can these drops be put into a capsule?
Answer: It's liquid, so probably. But I would imagine you would need to take lots of capsules to get enough. I put a drop-full under my tongue and chase it with water. Don't really know- just guessing as far as the capsules. I also take skull cap- both of these herbs help me sleep better most of the time.
