Question: The georgia pacific rep avoided answering the question: "are they bpa free?"
Answer: These are paper cups. They hold up well as we use them at our business. The packaging has nothing about bpa. In fact, I buy these because they are just paper and do get hot to touch if you add boiled water. We have a hot/cold dispenser and it isn't boiling hot. There are "paper" cups out there with some kind of coating that is either shiney, coated like Styrofoam or wax and I stopped ordering them. I can't say 100%, but, i believe these are just paper. -
Question: what is the diameter of the rim for the 8 oz cup? I need to put them in a dispenser. Thanks!

Answer: I actually never bought these. I got a better deal on 8 ounce plain white at Walmart.com and we like them better. -
