    These capsules are easy to swallow. No taste.
    I like these caps because they slide right down. no after taste. so much nicer than the horse pills I was using before!

    Love it!
    I’ve been taking glutamine for several years. I take it to curb my cravings for sweets. I previously took 500 mg then 250 mg. 500 mg worked for me but 250 mg did not. So I tried the 1000 mg, they are remarkable! I haven’t had any sweets in 3 weeks since using 1000mg. Amazing!! Highly recommend

    Not sure if it's doing anything
    Purchased product to control sweet tooth and hope to suppress appetite, but it's been a month and I'm not seeing the effects. I will take until gone and hope it's helping my brain at least.

    Capsules came with holes in them
    The media could not be loaded.  There was a few capsules that arrived with holes in them, the powder was all over the bottle. I’m not sure if they’re safe to take now.
