      Answer: We started using Zep Professional last month and are having great results using it. It does not foam and cleans great unlike the liquid cleaner that came with our hot tank.

      Answer: Yes, it will foam up, how much it does depends on the time running of your parts washer and how clean the water is.
    • Question: Would this clean plastic panels that are oily as well?

      Answer: Yes, it will clean it and it is not food grade cleaner.
    • Question: Will this work in solvent tank type parts washer ?

    • Question: Can you wash a car with it?

      Answer: It is for use in a hot water parts cleaner to remove oil and grime from engine parts. It does remove some paint on valve covers, so I wouldn't recommend it for car washing. Hope this helps.
    • Question: I would like to know does Zep R20034 parts wash detergent have a rust inhibitor in it?

      Answer: It does not have rust inhibitors. The prevent rust build up on parts, rinse thoroughly in water and dry using compressed air. Also coat the part in WD40 until assembly to prevent rust.

    Great cleaning power!
    I've been using this detergent for my business and it has worked wonders. It effectively removes grease and grime from parts, saving me a lot of time and effort. Highly recommended!

    Decent product
    The Zep Part Wash Cleaning Detergent Powder does an okay job. It gets the job done, but I've noticed that it sometimes leaves behind a slight residue on certain parts. It's not perfect, but it's still usable.
