Answer: The wringer is very good indeed with minimal force. You can get different types of mop heads as well so you should choose one that doesn't retain as much fluid as well like the flat ones rather than rope-like ones. -

Question: This bucket measures 20x16+ inches. but what are the measurements from wheel to wheel. Will it fit on a, 18" cart platform?
Answer: I just took the measurements for you. Sideways wheels measure exactly 10 inches center to center. Front to back wheels measure exactly 12 inches center to center . Your platform should be 11'' x 13'' at the very minimum. You are safe. -
