    Just a condom in my opinion
    The only desensitizing I felt was the desensitizing all condoms do. There was no magic lasting power to be had for me.

    Works!!
    I usually ejaculate in less than two minutes due to premature ejaculation. This condom allowed me to have absolute control allowing me to stroke slowly without the immediate urge to ejaculate. I was able to go over 10 minutes using this. It does not over numb your penis but brief enough to satisfy yourself and partner.
