Question: I have a FeatherLite Reacher and the string broke! It won't do anything now. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks, Nancy
Answer: On the bottom side there is a black insert covering the string....just pull it out (friction held) and see what you need to do. We had one that had a very weak grip...and I was able to tighten the string ( by tying a knot in it....works fine) to a useful level again.
