    • Question: Hi, why is there folic acid in this? Isn't Folic acid bad per the recent news?

      Answer: Hi Muddy, This product does not contain folic acid. Our Active B12 with L-5-MTHF contains Methylfolate (folate) - 800 mcg of pure non-racemic L-5-methylfolate in an easy-to absorb form. Active B12 with L-5-MTHF delivers two active coenzyme forms of Vitamin B12, Methylcobalamin and Adenosylcobalamin (the mitochondrial form of vitamin B12) along with L-5-methylfolate, the body's most prevalent form of folate in plasma. Folate is an essential component to a prenatal nutrition program as it is necessary for fetal development.*
    • Question: Why are there 2 dates? The big sticker says 10/15 and when I looked under it, that sticker says MFG 10/13.

      Answer: The same thing happened to me. They put a sticker over the date that says 2/2014 with a sticker printed with 2/2016 and this definitely causes the seller to lose credibility with me. It's a darn shame because this supplement combo is very important for people with autism, now our search continues.
    • Question: Does this contain soy?

      Answer: No
    • Question: Does this come in a pill or capsule form (instead of a lozenge)?

      Answer: Methyl B12 doesn't absordparticularly well in the gut. It is much better absorbed when injected or in a subligual (under the tongue) form, thus the lozenge. There is also a liid firm they offer that is liposomal (in a fatty form) and that helps make it more efficiently absorbed in the gut.
    • Question: At the bottom of the bottle there is a date. Is it a manufacturing or exparation date? I think I received a product that is expired.

      Answer: Born on date. Mfg date manufactured..for example 11/18 would not expire until 11/20
    • Question: My bottle only lists methyl, not adeno. Is my bottle label wrong or is the description wrong? This is the second bottle that's listed only methyl.

      Answer: There are both forms of active B12 - as methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. We have improved the label so it is more clear. The bottle used to state methylcobalamin and coenzyme B12 (which is another name for adenosylcobalamin).

    These are not swallowed, but held under the tongue for sublingual absorption. They by pass the GI system and enter the blood stream via the mouth. Recommended by Heme-onc doc, since I have issues absorption vitamins. I have not had my level rechecked yet, but he said this product is the best on the market and there should be no issue with absorbing the B12. He said these are great for people who have MTHFR conversion issues, since they are bioactive. Even if your standard lab levels show up as B12 adequate, if you are suspicious you are deficient (due to bioavailability of active form), this is a great supplement. Lab values don't always show a true picture of what is available on an intracellular level due to conversions issues.

    Very easy to take
    The pills are supposed to be sucked on but i personally chew them up. Either way the flavor is a 10/10 for a suppliment and we noted its helped immensely with a few health issues that i have

    Better taste than expected
    Recommended by my physician due to the sublingual absorption. The taste was better than I expected so I think they will be fine. Glad to have this quality product.
