Question: My shower is granite. Will this product harm the stone?
Answer: never had any problems with use on granit -
Question: will it destroy colored grout or just take the calcium layer off? Safe on clear glass?
Answer: It was safe to use on clear glass. However, the grout I have is white and did an amazing job of cleaning. I cannot speak to the color preservation of the product. Any chance you could test it on a discreet section? -
Question: Does it remove tough soap scum and hard water stains from tiled walls?
Answer: Yes, better than other products I've tried. However, Ecolab does caution that if the grout has been chemically stained, it won't be effective in bleaching out the stains. I have two glass showers...one old with glass that has been etched with stains and one that is relatively clean, just hard water calcium buildup...the etched glass is not repaired by the Zoom, but the calcium and scum is cleaned very well. -
Question: Is this safe to clean toilets?
Answer: I have used it on shower tile and tub and as spot remover on white fabric, would use on toilet except for expense. -
Question: does this just work on grout or does it work on old stained tile walls in the shower?
Answer: Definitely on grout. I did not have old stained tile walls, but I did have a few stained tiles--it worked fantastically! Let me know how it works if you purchase this product. -
