    • Question: What is the glycerin and citric acid derived from?

      Answer: The glycerin in Pure Encapsulations Pure Tranquility Liquid is derived from renewable palm oil, the citric acid can be derived from either corn dextrose fermentation or sugar beet fermentation. This process starts with isolating dextrose from corn (a sugar, so does not contain allergenic corn protein), which is then fed to micro-organisms. The micro-organisms produce these nutrients, and the nutrients are then isolated and purified away from the starting materials. While no corn proteins or sugar remain in the final product (and we have tested with negative results), we do not routinely test for corn allergens and therefore we would not be able to guarantee its safety for someone with a corn allergy.
    • Question: How many grams of sugar is in each dose(4ml)? What are the nutrition facts of this product?

      Answer: There isn't a nutrition breakdown per se, with calories, carbs, fat, etc. Here's what it says on the bottle: GABA -100mg l-theanine - 100mg glycine (free form) - 50mg other ingredients: purified water, natural vegetable glycerine, apple juice concentrate, citric acid, natural apple flavor, potassium sorbate, purified stevia extract. The product does have an apple flavor and is fairly sweet but not sticky. Hope that helps.
    • Question: What country is the gaba, l-theanine, and glycine sourced from? are the corn and sugar beets used to make the citric acid non gmo?

      Answer: Pure Tranquility Liquid contains GABA from China, glycine from Japan, and L-theanine from Korea. The citric acid is sourced from Canada, and is derived from beets. All Pure Encapsulations ingredients, including those derived from corn are GMO free. This means that they have obtained statements from their suppliers certifying that the ingredients do not contain GMO. For some nutrients of particular concern, Pure Encapsulations has done PCR testing to confirm the absence of genetically modified material.

    Buy it, try it,...I don't think you'll be disappointed
    Pure TRANQUILITY is just what I need to calm my mind when I can't sleep. Anxiety seems to lessen, my whirlwind of a mind calms. I don't use it often, but when I need it, it is a blessing.

    Works great for everyday anxiety
    I love this stuff!! It works for me to take the edge off of anxiety. It's not as strong as taking a Xanax so I wouldn't use it if you were having extreme anxiety or a panic attack but if you're feeling a little "off" it works great - for me anyway - to calm things down. It definitely calms me down. I have the used every single supplement by itself for anxiety but for some reason this was the magic formula for me.
