Question: How many packets come in this order? I saw 50/box jumbled in the item description but wanted to make sure before I buy it.
Answer: I purchased the other type of box and there were only 25 packets in that one, so we bought two. Not sure about this type of box. -
Question: Has anyone tried using these in conjunction with sunscreen? Do you use this, then apply sunscreen?
Answer: I have vitiligo, so I have to be very careful in the sun. First, I applied my suntan lotion, and then I dabbed the BugX30 on top of my skin. It worked very well. -
Question: Are these sticky when applied to the skin?
Answer: No and they work well. Definitely worth $1.00 a piece. -
Question: does this sweat off quickly
Answer: No, Our family wears the repellant in the Texas summer heat and it remains effective all day. Just make sure to not put too much repellant on your forehead as it might drip with the sweat into your eyes. I just dab lightly and it works every tim -
Question: Bought a box of 25 a few years ago and haven't used. are they still good?
Answer: They should be good as long as they are still moist when you open them. I’ve had some for as long as 4 years that are still effective. -
Question: Has anyone used this for florida deer flies?
Answer: Just mosquitoes it worked great for that. We used them in Africa and South East Asia no problem. Several years ago I did get some sticky paper that I used to put on the back of my ball cap for deer flies as they usually hover in that area, at least ours did. I think I got it at Cabella'
