    Overview

    Thick refill pads work with the Swiffer WetJet cleaning system (sold separately) to clean up tough messes. Super-absorbent, textured pad traps and locks dirt away in its core. When you're done, simply throw the pad and all the dirt away.

    • Question: are these pads already wet?

      Answer: No. They are dry. Attach them to the bottom of the Swiffer wet jet mop.
    • Question: Since Magic Eraser (melamine foam) breaks up when used, how do you clean the melamine bits that should be all over the floor after use?

      Answer: The wet jet pads seem nothing like Magic Eraser to me, and there is no residue left after them. I am very happy with mine.
    • Question: Can these pads, after wetting/applying cleaning solution, be used with true Swiffer Sweeper? Flaps that wraparound to top to secure?

      Answer: No. These are the pads that lay flat with Velcro on the top of the pad. No extra material to use as flaps.
    • Question: Which side of the pad faces the floor blue strip or not ??

      Answer: Blue strip is to touch the floor

    Surprisingly effective!
    Was asked to clean some very old, neglected maintenance rooms in the complex where we live. These areas had not been cleaned in DECADES. We did a dirty mop with industrial string mops first. Then I went to the Wet Jet with these extra scrubby pads. The floor is mostly just a lost cause, but I was surprised to see how much more of the grime these got off. If you are using for just regular household cleaning, I think you will like them. I will probably use them for that too. (We will still be doing another mopping using a more heavy duty appliance, but these seemed to help.)
