    Dymatize Elite Casein provides 25 grams of slow digesting Casein protein per serving. Dymatize 100% Casein is specifically designed to digest more slowly in your body than other rapid release protein sources, such as whey. This slow digestion is a result of the natural pH sensitivity of Casein protein in the digestive track. Because of the natural thickening effect of Dymatize 100% Casein in the low pH environment of the stomach, a prolonged and steady release of protein is obtained. In fact, the resulting digestion can take more than twice as long as other forms of protein. This delayed digestion is often desirable, especially at bedtime or other periods when your body may go for an extended period without food.

      Answer: It has very low amounts, if at all. I have lactose intolerance and I can have this perfectly fine.

      Answer: Amino Acids are naturally occurring from the protein source. We do not add any amino acids. This product contains 5.5g of BCAAs which includes 2.3g of Leucine, as well as other Amino Acids.
    • Question: Is this supposed to come with a scoop? Mine didn't have one and it was 1/4 empty when I opened it

      Answer: Yes it comes with a scoop. Keep digging and you will find it. It’s supposed to be about a 1/4 to 1/2 fu

    Tastes good with cinnamon!
    I recently switched over from Optimum Nutrition because that's so expensive now. This is still up there, but not horrible. I just got the vanilla, but my doctor suggested incorporating some cinnamon for inflammation. It tastes like a dang cinnamon bun! Definitely the best tasting protein powder so far. It's a little bit Grainy, but not as bad as most.

    Perfect nighttime protein powder.
    Casein Protein is great at night. A slower absorbing protein it will keep processing as you sleep. This is a fantastic product. Get it.
