      Answer: They are an oxygen tubing connector that connects to your concentrator, water bottle humidifier, or whatever. They are swivel connectors so you can spin the connector onto the fittings without spinning the tubing. They work great.

    The Swivel Barb Hose Nipple is decent, but I wish it had some additional features. It gets the job done, but there are better options out there.
