    • Question: The two pictures provided by seller say two things: one says it contains 83ish% of your B12 daily needs, the other says 208%. Which is correct?

      Answer: As with all vitamins, minerals, and herbal supplements, you need to total up everything to avoid excessive amounts. As for the percentage difference, I would ask the seller. I no longer have my bottle to check the percentage. I found that I was getting enough B12 with two other items I take daily.
    • Question: Expiration date

      Answer: Each batch would have a it’s own expiration date.
    • Question: Is this the l5-mthf version?

      Answer: 80% is methylcobalamin and 20% is adenosylcobalamin
    • Question: What is the expiration date of thia product ?

      Answer: Each bottle is different - you have to look at the one you receive.
    • Question: What source do you get your Xylitol from? It usually comes from corn but I've heard the xylitol from organic hardwood is better for you.

      Answer: While I can't tell you the source of the xylitol. I can tell you that the company claims to not contain any GMOs, which implies that it is not sources from corn. However, no certification to assure us has been provided.

    Really works. Blood work proofs it.
    My blood work showed that I was B12 deficient, likely due to long term H2 blocker use. I previously was told that oral B12 medication isn't as efective as injectible B12, but my next blood work showed that I was slightly over the upper limit of the B12 range, so 5000mcg per every day is a little too much for me. Per doctors recommendation I only take it every other day now. I may continue that way or start using a smaller dosage every day. Either way, this product works for me. I take it by chewing it up into little pieces and then let it dissolve under my tongue.

    This supplement is for non meat eaters!!
    Flavor is good... I just usually bite and chew so taste not a problem... I'm Vegetarian so this B12 supplement is for me... That's why I researched, read reviews, and then purchased... Every supplement is not the same... Vegetarians, vegans, and all non meat eaters, this is for you...
