      Answer: I see where they are made of Rubber which would be Ok for Silicone. If made with silicone, you would NOT be able to use silicone lube.

    Better Than Hard Plastic Trainers
    Compared with hard-plastic trainer sets, these are better. Rigid and firm, but they're a gel-like substance and are more forgiving with mistakes (entry, angles, etc.). However, that gel also has a stickiness to it that makes them trickier to clean. Another problem is that they fall out too easily; any slight movement and they start popping out. Finally, the size disparity between the 4th and 5th trainer is extreme, so you end up with 3 good ones and 2 throwaways (1st too small; 5th too large). Overall, other than these high-maintenance issues, the sub likes the prep these provide. To address the "melting" - store these separately, so they are not touching each other. The material makes them "melt" into one another, and they end up sticking together. Again, just make sure you do not store them together (or with any other toys).

    Constant fill
    The small ones are very small and I skipped them. The girlfriend has to use the first one where I jump to #4 or #5 if I'm feeling adventurous. These keep you stretched while it is in where others let you close on it. They can work out easy as there is nothing to really keep them in. These are best to wear at home. They could be longer with a larger ball at the end to fill the cavity as well.
