    Helps to protect and heal skin irritations from incontinence, minor burns, scrapes, diaper rash or wound drainage; temporarily relieves discomfort and itching; and provides multipurpose moisture barrier. Contains calamine, zinc oxide, menthol and lanolin.

      Answer: It helps with skin irritations from incontinence, minor burns, scrapes, diaper rash, wound drainage, diarrhea, perspiration, fistula drainage, and peri-wound skin.

      Answer: While it is generally safe for most people, it is always advisable to test a small patch of skin first to ensure there is no adverse reaction.
    • Question: Has anyone used this for eczema flare ups? My skin cracks, opens up, burns and itches.

      Answer: I've been using this consistently since I saw them at a medical conference in 2009. This is the best topical for All of what you are asking. This is all I carry with me for all my cuts, burns, blisters, ect.

      Answer: I don’t know if this is safe. Contact your physician that placed the G tube before using any product on this site. I use it per my physician’s instructions.

      Answer: I find using less is best. To remove from your skin, I have not found it to stain.

      Answer: The product has never clumped for us, and we use the ointment multiple times every day.
    • Question: is this product fragrance free?

      Answer: There is no added fragrance; however, there is a slight natural scent from the ingredients which is not stinky & dissipates quickly.
    • Question: Can this be used on faces?

      Answer: Yes. I have used it on my nose. Only caution would be to be sure you don't get any in your eyes (if you apply it with a finger, wash that off well so you don't touch your eyes with some on it).
    • Question: Where to check tge expiration date?

      Answer: I did not find an expiration date anywhere on the tube. I might assume the active ingredients do not lose their effectiveness no matter the length of time. Perhaps call the 1-800-800-3405 or contact the company at www.calmoseptine.com. Hope this helps.
    • Question: Can I use this for tattoo aftercare?

      Answer: Not really made for that. I have tattoos and I would not use this.

    Recommend to everyone with skin irritation
    Item as described. Well packaged and fast. This is the best stuff. I cannot safe enough good things. If you have skin irritation from being over weight and the heat. This is amazing!!!! Moisture barrier!!

    This heals skin!!!
    This has anti infective qualities!! Good for healing open skin. Yeasty skin. Kills bacteria and yeast. It's a very good moisture barrier. You can compound it with yeast powder for very red yeasty skin.

    Great Cream
    I love this product, and use it as diaper cream. It is a little pricey, but I find it works better than cheaper brands.
