    Customer Questions & Answers

    • Question: I am 15 and a virgin but i have a really heavy flow I leak through super plus 2-3 hours my heavy days should i get size B for my heavy flow?

Answer: The size of the cup depends of the size of your vagina not of the flow. As a virgin and as you are under 21 you should get size A but instead of cleaning it 2 times a days you should cleaning it 4 o more times a day.size B is bigger and can contain more flow but it is also wider And can be unconfortable for you
    • Question: Is this softer than the diva cup? I find diva to be uncomfortably wide and I'm looking for something with a better fit.

Answer: I converted from the diva cup to the lily cup. Yes, the lily cup is much softer and less wide in diameter. I find the lily cup more comfortable to remove due to the smaller diameter. Its also easier to insert because unlike the diva cup it doesnt have that wide fat rim around the edge.
    • Question: What is the return/refund policy? I want to try this cup, but that’s a lot of money if it doesn’t work well with my specific body shape.

Answer: I agree with the person saying don’t return a product you have inserted into your body and covered in your blood. It’s just gross to make someone else have to deal with that. Take the period nirvana quiz. They are GREAT at recommending the correct cup for you based on your answers. They recommended a main cup plus three others that should work for me. I bought them all over a period of time and they all worked. Two that I bought that weren’t recommended didnt work. Those are in my bathroom drawer. Sending them back never crossed my mind.
    • Question: I'm a tiny woman with children (youngest is 9)it is still a very tight fit down there even for super tampons.. Would a size B be to large for me?

Answer: I am a woman with children by vaginal birth. My youngest was 8 when I started using cups. I first ordered the "B" size equivalent from another company. It was far better than tampons, but still felt a little... odd. Maybe even "pinchy" sometimes. I switched to the smaller size, and it worked beautifully! You know your body, so I would encourage you to "go with your gut". I've ordered this brand and am waiting for it to arrive, so I can't yet speak to it, but experience says you may do well to try the "A".
    • Question: Can you use the lily cup of you have an IDU?

Answer: The Lily Cup™ is held in a lower position than a tampon and should not interfere with an internal birth control device such as an IUD. However, please consult your medical practitioner prior to using the Lily Cup™ if you use an internal birth-control device.
    • Question: I have a moderate to heavy flow and I'm worried that the large size will give me more rectal pain than I get with tampons...experiences with tht?

Answer: Hello, Thank you for your question! As the cup is a very individual experience, it is suggested that you consult your medical provider or gynecologist before deciding on the cup, if you usually have any specific issues with menstrual cups. Please note that the Lily cups Classic are designed for a high cervix. If you don't have a high cervix or you're worried that the cup is too long, you might be interested in the Lily Cups Compact instead. Best regards, Lilly@INTIMINA
    • Question: Is this easier to insert than a Diva cup?

Answer: The LILY Cup easy to insert and remove once you have adjusted to it! With any new cup there will be a learning curve. From customer feedback we always hear that our silicone is much, much smoother and softer. Lily Cup is also the only cup that can be rolled as thin as a tampon for easy insertion and it features a no-spill rim.
    • Question: Can this be worn during exercise?

Answer: It can be worn and stay put no matter what you’re doing, so long as you make sure that in forms the suction seal.
    • Question: I just bought the 28ml lily cup but wondering if the larger one (32ml, hot pink) would be stronger?

Answer: Not stronger. Just larger. It’s a soft cup so if you need something with more substance you would want to try another cup or disc.
    • Question: Im very petite, i bought the blossom cup in the past, size small, and itwas so large it was painful. Do you think size A will be small enough for me?

Answer: Do you mean large as in too long or too wide? I had the Diva Cup (the smaller size) but caused some pain because of of the thickness of the cup and this one is thinner and I have forgotten was wearing it before. Length depends on if your lady parts sit lower or higher. It has a longer stem than my old Diva Cup, which I had a tricky time pulling out with its stem. Hope this helps.

Intimina Lily Cup Size A - Thin Menstrual Cup, Period Cup With Up To 8 Hours Use reviews by customers

    February 7, 2023
    Comfortable
This is the most comfortable menstrual cup I have used by far. I have sensitive skin and a low pain tolerance. This cup is soft and does not have a traditional rim, that seems to causes me a lot of pressure and pain during my cycle with other cups. It's easy to clean with mild soap and water (the fancy special cleansers are not necessary) I use Castile soap and rinse with water and wipes on the go. I also sterilize it every month with boiling water. It's easy to apply and remove and you really don't notice it there at all. It's soft and sturdy. It's saves so much money not buying expensive pads and tampons every month. When applied correctly and when using the correct size, it will not leak. TMI alert: I sleep with it comfortably all night during my whole cycle with no back ups, without any leaks problems, which proves I trust it to work without fail. FYI: I don't work for the company, I am not paid for my reviews, I was not offered any gifts or any kind of incentives for giving this review- I just like the product and hoped to share information about my experience with it. Thank you.

One of the best self care purchases I've ever made
I wish I'd bought a menstrual cup fourteen years ago when I first heard about them! I wasted so much time with leaking tampons and bulky pads! Nothing compares to a cup. For the first time in my 25 years of menstruating, I don't feel self conscious about the possibility of blood showing through my pants. There's no more paranoid, "Am I gushing?" bathroom checks. No dreaded maxi pad wedgie. No tampon string I hold to avoid peeing on. I get through my entire period with a few pantyliners...that I don't even really need, because NOTHING LEAKS! 😍 If you can use a tampon, you can get the hang of this. In particular, this Lily cup is great if you have a high cervix, since it's the longest cup on the market. It's also soft and very flexible, so you can experiment with what's most comfortable for insertion. The only downside to this and any menstrual cup is that they require extra cleanup. Also, if you find that your body changes, you'll need to order a different size. Overall, I think it still beats going through boxes of tampons, storing them, and having to guess how many you'll need every time you go out. Recommended without reservations!

    Very comfortable
The cup is very comfortable. Good for the beginners!! I was able to insert it and remove it very easily. No leaks at all. Tip for beginners: 1)Just insert it a little(Not to high), squeeze the base so that it opens and then push it upwards. 2) The stem should not be outside of the vagina. 3) Do not cut the stem, You will lose grip. But if you still want to cut it, just insert your fingers a little deep during removal of cup and push the cup by vagina muscles. I am glad that I tried this cup. I was new to this mentrual cup thing. But Believe me Girls, You should all try this. You are gonna love it :)

    Easy to take out
I’d been using femmy cycle for a while, and I love the ring to take it easily out. However, after trying multiple sizes, it still was not very leak proof. I decided to give this cup a try, but I was honestly concerned about not being able to take it out. Well, it is super easy to take out and there is no mess when pulling it out. I purchased the B size and I have kids. It feels a bit too big for me like there is a bit of pressure. So I will likely try out the A next.
